March 10, 2022 – Further to my correspondence dated January 26, 2022, please be advised that your negotiating committee comprised of Tamara Giesbrecht-Remarchuk, Kevin Materi, Curt Miller, Terry Harris, Pablo Godoy (Regional Director, UFCW Canada), Lily Olson (National Representative, UFCW Canada) and myself met with your employer on March 8, 9 and 10, 2022 as scheduled. I’m happy to report we’ve made significant progress in this latest round and are optimistic that our committee will have an offer to present to the membership very soon.
We have further bargaining dates scheduled on April 7, 8, 13 and 14.
