January 27, 2022 - Further to my correspondence dated November 8, 2021, pleasebe advised that your negotiating committee comprised of Tamara Giesbrecht-Remarchuk, Kevin Materi, Tyler Flaman, Curt Miller, Terry Harris, Pablo Godoy (Regional Director, UFCW Canada), Lily Olson (National Representative, UFCW Canada) and myself met with your employer on January 11, 25 and 26, 2022 as scheduled.

‎As you may know, your negotiations committee was also scheduled to meet with FCL on January 12.  Unfortunately, negotiations were once again stalled on day one, as FCL still did not have their entire monetary proposal ready.

I know patience is wearing thin, and we understand and share your frustration. Although both sides made some movement on the 25^th and 26^th, your committee is still working to fight off a number of concessions.

We are still some distance from an offer we would even consider bringing forward to our members. We have more dates scheduled in March and are hoping to continue making progress. I am asking for your continued confidence and patience please.
